Navy Field Europe: New Battle Mode, Events and More

On Thursday, 3rd of December 2009, NFEU will add a new game mode and new events will be held in December.

Patch 1.162 with a new Battle Mode (3.12.2009)

• Great Battle 2 – a new, expanded GB game mode with enhanced tactical gameplay opportunities will be implemented. Teams have to sink the other teams flaggship and have to protect their own one to gain extra bonuses.

• Harbour Assault changes, a limit of 20 BB and 30 players total will be set per side, including some minor fixes to improve performance and stability of HA.

• Some internal changes for an enhanced event management. Play Navy Field and you will find out details in game soon!

• Christmas Event Interface Changes to outfit Navy Field to the season.

We are sorry – but the new nations will be delayed for a few weeks. They are currently being tested in NFKR, after they’re finished, NFEU will test and evaluate to make sure all is fine. We will keep you posted, of course!

Harbour Assault will be blocked from 26th to 30th of December, 2009 due to the holiday season. Declaration will not be possible in this time to allow a quiet and peaceful Christmas time for all fleets.

Events !

Good Morning Event

The “Good Morning”-Event is back. Lots of early birds missed this event and we brought it back on your demand!

Monday and Thursday, after Server down, you will gain 200% Exp, Credits and Points in normal “black” rooms.
On Thursdays, there will be an additional Item Lottery. All players online during the event time will participate automatically. Winners will get an email and their reward within the same day.

Christmas Event

In the days between Christmas and New Year, a famous Event will take place in a revised version. To keep it as a surprise, we will share more detail later in a special Christmas newsletter.

5000 Point Event (End of December)

A new style of Event where fleets can use points to aquire ships for the event battles – more Information will follow soon!

The 2010 Annual NavyField World Cup

NFEU will participate the 2010 Annual NavyField World Cup with 4 fleets (30 Players each) and one “All Star”-Team (30 Players), featuring the best of the best players from all NFEU Servers.

The top fleets in the NF Leagues, based on points, on all servers and regions, will meet once a year in a 24 fleet tournament of champions called the NavyField World Cup. The winning fleet will be crowned the best fleet in North America, Europe, Russia, Japan and Korea. The NavyField Cup, engraved with the winning fleet name, will be presented to the Champion.

The event will take place in April 2010 on the SDE Event Server previously used for the GNGWC events. The server will be modified to the specifications outlined by the NFNAFL staff. More detail will follow soon.

On Yamato, the Valhalla Team Blitz Tournament was finished successfully, the winners are announced on the NFEU website. Thank you all for supporting and participating this event.

The King of the Hill Event is almost complete and the “Best of NFEU”-Finals will be held shortly. This event was based on a new concept and all the players showed a great discipline and supported the new concept well. The rewards will be given to the winners after the finals are completed.
